I told them I didn't want to renew my contract then, and then when it was time for the contract to renew my manager renewed it anyway and then marked me no call no show for the shifts I told them I couldn't work. The pay seems good on the surface, but raises are pathetic and there are huge discrepancies between departments when considering level. The benefits Amazon offer are great, there's no denying that, but unless you're part of leadership the good pretty much ends there.
I didn't work in a warehouse, so I can't talk about the horrors we've all heard there, but my experience as a remote worker ended badly.
